What we run

Five ways we put the doctrine to work.

Community-led conservation only lasts when it benefits the people carrying it out. These are our core, active initiatives.

Birthday Tree-Planting Initiative

We link a person's age to a tangible environmental gift — planting trees in their honor for every birthday — building lifelong, personal connections to conservation.

1 Man, 1 Tree Initiative

Run in partnership with the Bauchi State Government, ACReSAL, and community-based organizations: every citizen plants and nurtures at least one tree a year to combat desertification and restore degraded land.

Community Nursery & Afforestation

Our own nursery raises over 52,000 seedlings a year, supplying the trees behind our mass afforestation and land-restoration work.

School Green Clubs

We've reached over 22 schools across Bauchi metropolis, giving the next generation ownership of environmental stewardship early.

Strategic Conservation Partnerships

Working alongside the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) to protect Yankari Game Reserve's boundaries, and with BASEPA, NESREA, and NAGGW as a trusted local actor.
